PSP developer biscottealacrevette released a new version of Go!Tube, a YouTubestreaming application which is basiclly a clone of PSPtube but with some new features and more importantly, it works!. Changes in version 1.1 include the HightMemoryMod and added repository support to GoTube Updater.

Installation is easy, just make sure you place the GoTube.prs in the RADIOPLAYER folder of your memory stick and then place the GoTube folder in GAME. At first I couldn’t get this to work, but this was due to BubbleTunes Game Categories plug-in. You need to place the GoTube folder outside of any CAT_ folders (Uncatergorized)

One you have placed the folders, go to Internet Radio in your XMB and GoTube update, click the arrow logo to add the video site you want. It should download a 2kb file. Exit and then run GoTube, use Select to find YouTube for example and then hit O and enter a search term for YouTube, wait a few seconds and videos will appear for that search.

* Download XGen Updater for 5.50GEN-D
* Connect your PSP to the computer via USB
* Take your PSP in “USB mode” with the option “USB Connection”
* Click the right mouse button on the file you downloaded,
* Choose “Extract Files …” (WinRAR is advised)
* Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP from your computer.
* Press OK and wait extraction files,
* Leave the “USB mode” on your PSP
* Go to the menu Thursday> Memory Stick to start XGen Updater for 5.50GEN-D

The custom firmware version 5.50 gen b had an issue where certain homebrew games could not be played. This new update fixes that bug, enabling all homebrew games and applications to be available on 5.50 gen firmware. This, combined with the game decrypter software will allow you to play all of your UMD’s and Homebrew games on your custom firmware!

how i can use this tool ?
1 :lets go first you need to install the GameZDecryptZ folder in your X:PSP/GAME folder
2 : put your EBOOT.BIN extracted from UMDGEN PSP_GAME/SYSDIR and put it on root of your memory stick
3 : now you can boot game decrypter now you can press X 5 seconds later it’s done
4 : connect your usb cable check on root of your memory stick you have a new folder called decryptor
5 : copy the eboot.bin from the decryptor folder inside umdgen and rebuild your iso

PSP developer Yoshihiro and the GENyUS team is working on a PSP Eboot / Game decrypter, that will patch 5.55 firmware games to work on ChickHEN enabled PSP-3000’s running Custom Firmware 5.03 GEN-A and also PSP-1000’s and PSP-2000’s on Custom Firmware 5.50 GEN-A to B2.

But what we can gather it will be used in conjunction with UMDGen 4, so experience of UMDGEN is required.

The above screenshot is apparent proof of MotorStorm: Arctic Edge running on 5.03 GEN on a PSP-3000 and PSP-2000 TA-088v3. Yes, to all you PSP-3000 users. Its for the PSP-3000 too. No need to keep asking for a solution as it’s coming!. But for those of you that can run ChickHEN R2 & CFW 5.03 GEN-A and haven’t upgraded past firmware 5.03.

If you have Firmware 5.50 on your PSP-3000 your out of luck I’m afraid.
